Goals of Our Program
At our diabetes program, our goal is to help you live with diabetes
to the best of your ability.
We can help you maintain healthy blood sugar levels with a balanced
meal plan, exercise, healthy lifestyle
and medication, for some.
We do this by offering group education classes presented by our
team.
We also provide individual counselling in order to help you make
decisions about self-care to suit your
personal needs and lifestyle.
This may include home blood sugar testing, insulin injection,
nutritional counselling and general advice.
